Find an experienced local painter in Brighton North

I need someone who has the equipment and experience to prepare our existing veranda sealing and painting, using a concrete grinder or equivalent to remove the existing paint (that is flaking). As shown in the photos, the veranda is a total of about 12 - 13m, plus a landing at the top of the stairs. There are also 3 steps to be grinded. And the lips on the edge of the veranda (we will obviously remove all furniture etc off the veranda. Job would suit someone that has a larger concrete grinder plus a hand hold to do the corners, the lip of the veranda and the 3 steps. - Due date: Flexible

We are moving out of our rental and have lots of minor bits of damage to walls and paintwork. Some “fair wear and tear” is ok but we have several more serious chips, scuffs and some torn wallpaper, which need to be patched and camouflaged to look more presentable. - Due date: Before Sunday, 24 September 2023

And the lips on the edge of the veranda (we will obviously remove all furniture etc off the veranda.
