Lots of little jobs for this miniscule apartment. Id be super greatful to anyone who is a jack of all trades and able to help me with a bunch of little jobs. I want: -my walls, skirting and ceiling painted in living room. -wallpaper put up in my tiny bathroom. -shelving unit created for my bathroom. -a redirection of the shelving of my small laundry cupboard (this last one shouldnt be too hard, but id love some help with it)

Mould forming on ceiling of ensuite (bathroom). Need this cleaned thoroughly, and painted over with proper anti-mould paint to reduce the likelihood of this coming back. I’m looking for someone with experience to paint my open plan lounge room /kitchen ceiling, and a small hall wall attached to it- I’ve tried myself and it’s a mess because it’s quite a dark room and it’s hard to see if the paint is even- hence fixing up my patchy paint job! the ceiling is 2.3 metres high over the lounge and about 2m over the kitchen. In total the kitchen lounge area is 7x 5 metres squared and the hall is 1x 2 metres squared. Plaster patching and cleaning of holes from ceiling.

Upper portion of walls and the ceiling in living room need to be wiped down. The room is 4m x 3.8m large and 3.2m high. Walls above picture rails (at 2.2m) and the ceiling including cornices and stucco need to be wiped down. A ladder, bucket, sugar soap and microfibre cloths are available. Carpet is covered with dropsheet. Care must be taken not to wet the walls too much, so cloths must be wrung prior to cleaning.

Roughly 300sqm of ceiling and ceiling beams needing oil grease residue removed. From an old mechanics. Pls see pics attached. Will require a strong cleaning product to remove, pls only quote if confident to remove oil grease. Job to be completed ASAP (this week preferably)

Hi, I'd like a feature wall painted. I included the image of the wall with the area to be painted highlighted in purple. The paint I'd like to use there is Porter's Paint - Olive Grove (https://shop.porterspaints.com/colour/olive-grove). The surface area is about 2100 x 1000mm. There may be some dry walling required to fill the gaps between the ribbed section and the skirting board. That area will be used to hang jackets & coats. I imagine 2 coats of paint would be enough, but I'm not a painter so I'm open to recommendations.

Apply a high quality wallpaper (sourced by client from Timorous Beasties - search for "jellyfish foil wallpaper") to an internal wall 12.9 metres long in an apartment in Brunswick East. The wall is currently painted, and 2.8m high. It's only "non-wall" part is the doorway entering the apartment. The wallpaper has a repeating pattern that will not align with the height of the walls. You will be an experienced wallpaperer, with all required tools and consumables.

Finish painting the wall of the outside of a semi house. It is a tricky part to get to as the ground is uneven and it is right next to the electricity lines.

We are looking for someone with some painter/decorator experience to repaint our apartment before we move in. We will have access to the empty apartment from 31st August and would like to have the job complete by the end of the following week.
