Some dents in the wall above stairs from moving furniture in/out, will need repair and paint

We have two decks that require cleaning and staining (two coats). We will move all furniture off decks. This would include prep work to tape near our rendered house. We can provide tape. We can provide the oil stain. You would need to bring equipment please. Ideally done before Christmas if possible.

Painter wanted! 2 small bedrooms including walls, ceiling, trims, skirts and cupboard doors. Location Carrum, paint supplied only, BYO, tools, tape, drop sheets etc. MUST be completed asap.

I am looking for a painter to paint a 2 bedroom unit which is about 60sqm. All holes have been plastered so ready for paint. Painter to supply paint (we will pick colours). All walls and ceiling will be the same colour. We will also require the front and back door to be painted. We will also require about 8 metres of picket fencing (1.6 metre tall) painted (we will supply this paint). Fence to be painted as is with no preparation required.

I require plastering and finishing so that the surface is ready for paint. *There are 4 spots where a tenant has undertake a poor repair or a hole remains, I need those fixed (see photos). *There are 8 holes in the ceiling in each room where the old light fitting was removed (holes are about 20cm in diameter) - I don't have photos of these but can upload tomorrow. Ideally I'd like the work done this Friday after 11am otherwise we can arrange another time

We have an old buffet that is solid wood and in excellent condition but is a bit outdated for us in terms of style. We want someone to give it a new life so we can keep reusing it as we love it. Basically, we imagine it needs sanding back and painting. We have removed the handles before so know that that part is easy, and we will have the handles for the unit and can provide the paint/sandpaper etc. on advice OR if you want to include that part in your quote. We imagine it is a fairly straightforward and quick job but imagine it will be easier if you have the skills/tools/know how to do. We have an empty garage so you can do onsite at our property in Carrum and leave in garage safely to cure/dry. The buffet is 1800L x 400D x 880H for reference and I have included an image below. We have a laundry window that we are looking to have removed, skirting boards removed and filled in with brickwork on the outside and plastered on the inside. Window dimensions are 1006mm high, 710mm wide

Need the ceiling of 2 rooms painted. Both rooms 2 coats. Paint will be provided (see photo). First room is a bedroom 3x4m. Second room is laundry 1.5x2.5m. Rooms will have drop clothes etc in place. Hoping to have it done in the next week or so. Can be flexible on times, days, weekends, before/after work etc.

Need someone to stain timber door with window… I don’t have the stain but want a natural clear stain. It’s one door.

All materials are here, ready for you! ———— My deck needs sanding then two coats of the oil I already have purchased. When you gurney and clean it (as part of the sanding and preparation process) please also gurney and clean the fence and concrete and the blow up spa in the area too. I need my timber fence painted as soon as possible. Fence Specifications: Approximately length - 35 metres Height - 2.3 metres (includes fence topper) 7 metres of the fence is currently unpainted; the rest is currently painted but needs to be refreshed Includes side gate Job: - You supply labour, paint, tools and all other materials to do the job. - Preparation to include pressure wash and clean fence. Protective coverings. - 2 coats of Dulux weather shield in 'Iron Grey' on current unpainted section. 1 coat on already painted areas. - Will probably be a combination of both spray painting and brush work. Note: All plants and obstacles will be removed before the job begins. Important: I'm getting the house ready for sale so it's important that you use ground coverings and make sure no paint gets sprayed onto the ground or home. So please only quote if you have had experience with this work before - spray painting fences as well as prepping to ensure a good finish. - Due date: Before Monday, 18 September 2023
