I need a hole in a bedroom door filled and painted. Paint will have to be supplied.

We had ceiling fans installed and there are now 3 holes in the wall that we need plastered and painted to exact match with the rest of the wall colour. The 3 holes are sizes: 7x7cm 7x5cm 13x5cm All equipment and tools need to be provided and all costs included in the quote please. Keen to get it done next week please.
