Paint only ceiling (1.7m x 1.7m approx ) of a Very small bathroom. First need to sand the existing paint on the ceiling and then apply moisture and mould proof ceiling white paint. You will supply the mould and moisture proof white ceiling paint.

I require a professional caulker to caulk 2 commercial bathroom facilities. Female has 1 cubicle, male has 2 cubicles and urinal. Caulk required at floor/wall junctions only, and on top of skirt tile. Female approx 2.5m x 2.5m Male approx 7m x 2.5m Also some minor misc caulking at vanities. Job needs to happen this Monday. A few months ago I purchased a reclaims elm timber table 140cm by 140cms. The table is meant to act as a dining table, however, I am worried food and drink will seep into the wood, so would like someone to help with staining it so it's a much darker and rich brown colour, and then to seal the table so that it has that clean "plastic" like finish. We've had a contractor do a not so good job on our floors at our takeaway shop. They used Polyutherane Cement and then an Epoxy coat on the top. The floor is rough in some areas but smooth on others. The coving is very rough and needs to be smoothened. We require someone to fix this please, preferably this week or early next week.
