Have stripped 90% of deck need it all sanding only

Recently installed fender flares. Want black adhesive silicone applied to close the gap. Will need prep tape. Will reimburse for materials. Please don't hesitate to get in contact.

We have around 20 doors cabinet sets, want to paint them. Also around 8 window frames in different sizes. I would like to have all done before Jan 10th. Plus possibly one garage door. I will provide all necessary paints from Bunnings.

I just need some hired help for half a day to help clean and sand my deck ready for oiling. I’ll supply any required equipment. You don’t need to be highly skilled, you just need to get your hands dirty with the sander and brush etc.

I want to sand my rear deck and oil/paint it so it looks newer that it does now. We will rent the sander from Bunnings and provide all stain / oil / sandpaper etc. It’s 8x5 metres: I’d do it myself but I’m a little injured. Can’t see this being a difficult job. Would like to have the deck looking good for Christmas.

Looking for someone who can remove the old mould sealant and replace with fresh one. I have 1 clear sealant and white with gun. Some just have to come and do the job. So be reasonable abou it. - Due date: Flexible

We have several holes in walls to be plastered ready for painting. Approximate dimensions: Room 1: 900mm x 840mm Room 2: 670mm x 470mm Plus 3 x small (electrical switches removed) Room 3 (laundry): 1060mm x 600mm Plus 1070mm x 1500mm (roughed in taps to plaster around) Room 4: 1000mm x 660mm Room 5 (pantry lining): 2 panels 1330mm x 500mm and 1 panel 1330mm x 700mm Room 6: one small approx 100mm round hole in ceiling Query what to do about patch which is still intact but the paper surface layer of the plaster is all torn (see photo) - can this be smoothed out for painting or should it be replaced too? Please let me know your availability with your offer too. We’re hoping for sooner the better so we can start painting.
