Find an experienced local painter in Coburg

One bedroom sized area with partially flat plaster and partial old style textured plaster. The area needs to be drywall sanded with a proper trial sander to get the surface smooth to match new plaster.

I have painted the first 3 walls and need someone to finish it as I don’t have time. It is a bedroom, study, sun room kitchen and laundry room. I have the paint and it has been primed. Photos are now done. This is just for the walls - not skirts or ceiling or cupboards. Furniture can be removed.

We changed from carpet to timber floors. A carpenter has repaired the skirting, but need a small paint job to caulk and paint it, ready for the floor caulker to come and finish the job. The color is lexicon quarter.

Fix 12 small chips on walls to prep for painting. The whole walls will be painted, I just need the chips fixed. North Coburg (near North Coburg Coles).

There is a small hole in a dry wall inside approx 5cm in diameter. would need a plaster and sand, we have paint to match as well if they could be included?

I have three doors that need some restoration: • Door 1: Sand and varnish to match the wood trims of the house. This door may not be the same wood as the original, so expertise in matching finishes is essential. • Doors 2 & 3: Sand and paint (I have the paint). Please remove existing paint from the glass panels and restore hinges to their original condition before applying a fresh coat of paint. I’m also open to recommendations for varnish if needed. Looking for someone with experience in detailed door restoration and up for any advice. Ideally I like to keep things original to the house but open to cheap fixes and I’m happy to help out.

Ripped off some paint while moving art. I am renting and don’t have the skills to repair nor the time. Help me!!

Paint three internal hardwood doors white

We have recently had our weatherboard house in coburg insulated using the spray in insulation on external walls. As pictured, that means I need someone to sand down the filled holes (there are three rows all the way along) and then paint two coats of green across the whole wall to match the rest of the house - paint is supplied by me. This filler is tough external filler and needs and electric sander. (I’ve already done a wall myself). There is some blistering of the old paint (see photos) which I need sanded back before painting. Flexible on time, particularly with the weather at the moment. Sometime in the next week or so is fine

We recently had a new veranda put up and I have run out of time to oil it before it’s completed in July 10. I need someone to buy decking oil and do two (2) coats of oil on all of the timber (except the blue support beam in the photo). There are a few stamps on the timber that will need to be removed prior to applying oil (see photos of examples). Length of the veranda is 8400 mm and width is approx 2800mm.

Patch a hole roughly 350x350 and roughly 700x1800 so furring channel will be needed and plaster and base and top coat ready for paint by others. 3m ceilings plenty of room and 13mm plaster
