Hey all, Need the following done on an internal brick feature wall: 1. Clean remaining render on sides and top so that it is square 2. Repoint all brickwork 3. Acid wash once dried (1-2 weeks after ? ) Wall is about 3.5m high x 2m wide. It is on a staircase so a little tricky to reach the top but possible with stairs. Need to be super careful not to damage window. Walls will be repainted and stairs repainted aswell. Located Darlinghurst 2010, need done asap

We’ve had a lot of tradespeople walking over our kitchen floorboards this year so we’d like them sanded back, filled, stained and varnished in Black Japan. The wood is pine. Approx 18 sqm. Area of black mould 1.5m square to be treated and removed, gyprock replaced (but no painting required as a wardrobe is being installed). The mould was only discovered when the old built-in robe was removed. The mould is dry and is from a historic leak in the adjoining unit that was fixed 5 years ago. So the source of the mould is no longer active. Experienced mould removal technicians only. I will require a tax invoice for the work. Will post photos once I get to 5G area.
