I need this patched sanded and painted (i have the paint colour) or i can paint myself ! but definitely need it patched and sanded

Needs trimming of boards , flash to door frame , filing the gaps, install metal trim,sanding the irregular surfaces then apply 2 coats of black waterproof/ washable paint on the timber ( Un rendered area) and on the concrete ( same width) , so it will look like a black rectangle.
