Deck needs sanding or cleaning and then oiling

We have a deck about 4 years old, it’s very small and is outside a shed summer house. It has three steps leading up to also needed sanding and staining. Need it sanded back and restained existing colour as it is starting to look worn. Eltham, cheers

Have a small timber deck approx 6 metres long and 1m wide, and 2 small steps that needs sanding and staining. Hasn’t been stained before. 2 coats of stain. I will provide the stain/paint.

Hi, we are looking for someone to restore our front timber decking 30 sq metres, including the handrails (19.5 meters long). Timing is flexible. Before March. We can provide all stain/ paint/ decking oil that is needed. Please reply with quotes as we cannot estimate. Details: The whole decking needs a sand, and either stain or oil (we can provide, but are not sure what is best). 4 planks of decking timber need replacement - we have some spare pieces that should cover it, but are open to other options. The timber is spotted gum. The handrails are made of pine fencing topper and need a more heavy sand and filler / treatment in some areas - roughly 10 metres worth. These areas are cracked and look mildewy where they have been exposed to weather and the old paint has come off. The up-posts and support posts are painted with a stain, and just need a light sand and another coat of stain. Lower fascia/ support beams need heavy sanding and staining. I've included photos of the worst damaged wood, but the majority of it is in better condition where it is protected from sun and rain. - Due date: Flexible

Doors are currently off white and just need a couple of coats to freshen up. Paint will be a neutral colour. 14 interior doors in total that are all the same standard size and all in good condition. Quote should be based on min 2 coats front and back and all sides. Sand back the wood to its natural colour around the house and paint with a wood protector such as Cutek - see pics. Not large areas, the garage door is the biggest. Total of 5 sections - 4 ground level and one upper level. Note there are grooves in the woodwork so not completely flat surfaces.

We are looking for a professional to prep and paint the interior of the property. Will have access to the property from the 20th Jan onwards for inspection. Must be painted in Wattyl Solargard black low sheen (or similiar quality brand - not "fence paint") with min 2 coats. Including pressure wash and scraping of loose materials. Some shrubs will need to be pushed away from fence. Fence in very good condition and no old paint. Obviously fence needs to be dry before commencing work.
