Living room and hallway requires sanding, and matching old timber boards with new brighter boards (staining the brighter boards to match)

This job is due to water damage of storms in February. Living room and staircase needs to be repainted. One plasterboard shows a crack line and needs to be plastered. Some small plaster work due to pictures. The area is about 40 m by height of 2.5m = 100 m/2 (minus doors, windows). Two coats needed, Haynes paint will be supplied. This might need a visit for a quote.

We had a painter paint the front door and didn’t complete the job. Need it painted by a professional who is experienced in painting on Friday 19 April. Have the paint.
