Ceiling requires painting. There are adhesive stickers on the ceiling that need to be removed from some decorations. The adhesives have ripped parts of the paint off. Paint will be supplied

Paint walls in same colour as current.. see photos. Width of room 4m Height of walls is approx 2.8m Length of room is 6m Walls will need proper sanding and preparation to fix damages in some spots.

Need plaster changed in shop and painted white.

Require 7 windows frames to be painted inside only. Color change to black. 4 windows single and long, 3 bigger. An additional window and door/frame inside and out.

Will need to remove skirting and damaged areas of plasterboard and replace. Gap fill top edge of skirting boards and paint in existing colour. The walls are also mouldy in patches and require mould treatment, plastering and painting in existing colour. Approx total of 5.5m of skirting boards 67 x 12. (Middle 3.75m)

I request to be WFH during the times 8-5 (mon-fri) when this is getting done. - But can be flexible if need be. House will also be unfurnished with only moving boxes/disassmbled furniture where happy to transfer them across to Completed Rooms.
