Our front picket fence needs painting. We tried doing it ourselves and have done one coat for one side (interior side), but would now like a professional to finish the job. The picket fence is approx 5 m long by 1.8 m high. See pic of the side that has been done with one coat.

Sand the cot to remove current paint colour and then repaint with new colour. Paint will be provided but tools to sand the cot with need to be brought with you.

Patchwork for wall that paint peeled off with painting

We need a section painted. Probably easier to spray it but can hand paint if you want. Area is 15m2 but the roof is high. See photo. One colour.

There are three cracks that run along the ceiling of my living room and one in my bedroom. Id like some joirn tape applied, compound applied, sanded and then the whole ceiling painted. I can supply the paint. The total area to be painted is roughly 27m2

Hi there. My name is Carmen I live in North Fitzroy Melbourne. I live in a townhouse and have a tired bathroom. I’d like to cosmetically improve the bathroom without the costly need to gut the whole thing. I am looking for someone who has worked with a product that can provide colour and texture to walls and floors. A product that can be painted over tiles. I would like the look of cement - that is a slate colour and cement like texture all over floor and walls. Would any handy people out there know what I am looking for? I have looked up a company in melbourne called Microcement- something like this is what Im after or open to you telling me about something else that could be more cost effective with a similar effect. Paint (walls, ceiling, window woodwork) the interior of a small 2-bedroom terrace in North Fitzroy. You do not necessarily need to be a specialised painter, a handyman or self renovator could do this. Look to paint it a warm white colour. Notes: - the house is empty (no furniture at all to protect or cover) - flooring is being replaced after paint so protecting floor isn’t crucial - photos of the house are from the real estate I predict 2 days for the bedrooms and hallway, 1 day for the living area, 2 days for the kitchen/bathroom/laundry giving the job 5 days in total to complete. You will need to light patch too, this will be quoted and paid on top of this after inspection. I predict 1-2 days for light patching. The payment is for labour and tools (brush, buckets etc), not including the paint (which I will supply). Ideally you can inspect on Friday 13th December and begin works the following week.

We require an outdoor deck and sides to be oiled/stained. The deck is approximately 3m x 10m with sides on three sides. (See attached images) You do not need to oil the three outside sides. We will provide the oil.

Touch ups and some patching required around house. There might be areas that are not photographed that need painting. Will provide paint, but will need to work out the colour. Need the painting not be visible as I don’t want to see patches of paint on walls - can it be blended in? 6 hours over 2 days.

The task includes cleaning, preparing the surfaces for painting. Painting 2 (or more as required) coats of paint on the gutter, fascia, downpipe, trims of our terrace house. We are unsure if it will be easier to spray the paint on or brush. Happy to take advice from an experienced painter. We will supply the Dulux paint so don’t include in the price.
