Repair plaster walls in 2 bedrooms. See pictures for details. I’m unsure of cost so please provide your estimate. Must have plastering experience and provide own tools and materials.

Paint deck, needs to supply paint bushes etc

Paint (walls, ceiling, window woodwork) the interior of a small 2-bedroom terrace in North Fitzroy. You do not necessarily need to be a specialised painter, a handyman or self renovator could do this. Look to paint it a warm white colour. Notes: - the house is empty (no furniture at all to protect or cover) - flooring is being replaced after paint so protecting floor isn’t crucial - photos of the house are from the real estate I predict 2 days for the bedrooms and hallway, 1 day for the living area, 2 days for the kitchen/bathroom/laundry giving the job 5 days in total to complete. You will need to light patch too, this will be quoted and paid on top of this after inspection. I predict 1-2 days for light patching. The payment is for labour and tools (brush, buckets etc), not including the paint (which I will supply). Ideally you can inspect on Friday 13th December and begin works the following week.

Some plaster is already there so just quote for your labour and other materials you need and we can cover for any out of pocket plaster (if needed). (1) 2 x bulk heads to be built and painted + bathroom roof prepped and painted Bedroom bulkhead will be approx 3m long x 0.45m deep to cover essential services. A small amount of plaster also needed to cover services in wardrobe Bathroom bulkhead is 1.8m x 0.3m to cover pipework The bathroom roof needs prepping and painting 3m x 3m approx. Roof is about 2.3m high. (2) Prep, repair and paint door, window frames. Also minor patchwork on plaster. 3 window frames in good condition to be prepped and painted. Paint to be provided Front door frame needs patching, prepping and painting. Door needs prepping and painting Backdoor frame needs patching, prepping and painting. Door needs prepping and painting 3 door frames need prepping and painting. Wardrobe doorframe (2m x 2m do be prepped and painted) 3 holes to be patched, sanded and painted. Each hole is about 7cm x 7 xm Additional 3m x 3m of painting to be completed

We require an outdoor deck and sides to be oiled/stained. The deck is approximately 3m x 10m with sides on three sides. (See attached images) You do not need to oil the three outside sides. We will provide the oil.

Need cream wool carpets matching rest of the house. Needs to be approved by real estate agent. Come round for a free quote please

Touch ups and some patching required around house. There might be areas that are not photographed that need painting. Will provide paint, but will need to work out the colour. Need the painting not be visible as I don’t want to see patches of paint on walls - can it be blended in? 6 hours over 2 days.

Plasterer / handyman to patch wall after shelving unit was taken down, then paint (supplied)

There is an indoor brick wall of a warehouse conversion we just moved into that is painted over, we have attempted to strip the paint but need someone that knows what they’re doing to get the job done

A few areas that need to have new plastering. Small areas are small, but a few holes. We want to relocate the hand towel hooks in the 2 bathrooms. We would need the job fully prepared and sanded and ready to be painted at a later date. Expect the same thickness of plaster board to be used.

Paint and plaster restoration in corner of bathroom ceiling after roof leak, which I have now fixed. See photos. Would like to have this done urgently, so will prioritise offers than can do it over next two weeks. ** Unfortunately, I can't supply the stain blocker and paint. I am happy to add the price of these onto the fee.

Small kitchen benches x2 need light sand and oil, unfinished currently…

The task includes cleaning, preparing the surfaces for painting. Painting 2 (or more as required) coats of paint on the gutter, fascia, downpipe, trims of our terrace house. We are unsure if it will be easier to spray the paint on or brush. Happy to take advice from an experienced painter. We will supply the Dulux paint so don’t include in the price.

Repaint small bathroom (half walls tiled, walls and window frame only, repair and repaint around light ), bedroom with two cupboards (walls/ceiling/built ins/trims/window frame and needs three coats due to paint style), small combined living/kitchen (walls only) Window frames have cracks and peeling sections in paint, rest in good condition. Would be great if someone has used Porter’s paints before is interested!

Looking for someone to paint 1bdroom + Study + Lounge + bathroom . Approx 56sqm . Only walls and skirting. Some filling needed on skirting. Apartment is furnished , I’ll help you move items. Paint around wardrobe in study. I have the paint already to go.
