There are 3 decks - approx 35 sqm (pic 1&2), 6 sqm (pic 3&4) & 6 sqm (pic 5). They need to be cleaned with deck cleaner and coated with Aquadeck. I will supply the cleaner and Aquadeck, but the person doing the work will need to bring the necessary tools, including the applicator. The large deck will need to be cleared first.

Paint small kitchen ceiling and Walls 2 coats with same colour after quick wash down. See photos as a lot of walls is covered by cabinetry. Will supply paint. Not skirtings or door frames ,so need to protect. Must be completed by this Saturday late pm

Deck is only 2 years old, was sanded and oiled last summer and due for another coat - just time poor with kids and family life, need someone to do this pretty simple task on our behalf. Roughly 42sqm - will provide oil and wash for deck. Person will need to bring their own tools and sander.
