Fill in Exterior small holes and render over, will need to colour match. New home so won’t be noticeable if job is done correctly. Remove black line marks, this will come off with a wet rag / sugar soap as it is only markings Sand down blistered WPC cladding and paint over with black paint, this is also new so won’t be noticeable if done correctly

Deck to be sanded and repainted

Painting needed Sunday morning and we'll supply paints. You'll need to supply brushes/rollers/dropsheets etc and a tall ladder as the ceiling is 3 metres and we have detailed cornices which will involve brushwork, not just rollers for the ceiling. The room wont have any furniture and whilst its 4 x 4 metres, please refer to pictures, there are many openings and a huge window, so not as much wall space as full walls. Will probably need 2 coats but maybe not if the colour is solid Need ceiling + walls + trims but NOT the window. Current colour is cream and new colour is a white colour (lexicon).

I had a deep clean done last week & they missed doing the walls, but I need this task done on this day before more furniture moves in. I'm also keen to get the ceilings cleaned as well if that is possible. I can provide a ladder if need. I have provided below image of the house.

We have two decks that require cleaning and staining (two coats). We will move all furniture off decks. This would include prep work to tape near our rendered house. We can provide tape. There are a number of items of hardwood furniture that have been properly cleaned with colour restorer and cleaner and now require the water-repellent hardwood shield to be rubbed on with a rag/cloth. Will provide the hardwood shield solution, cloths and a tarpaulin to protect the floor. Estimated 2 hours to complete.

Hello I’m looking for a professional to come and sand and stain my deck, I will supply the deck stain as I want to use wocca white wash and happy to buy all that. Deck is roughly 9x 13m with a pool in the centre (7x4) Happy for this to be done over a few days ideally on a warm day. We are pretty flexible will just need notice to remove all furniture. There is back entrance of the property so you can park very close to the deck. Deck wood is black but Last 2 images are what the deck look likes currently, last stained 2.5 years ago.
