This room needs to be closed off by turning the entrance way into a door. The door will be on the left, closest to the front door, and opening inwards into the room. Essentially, this living area is being turned into a bedroom. The plan is that it will be returned to a living area at a later stage. The floor is planned to be covered with a floating floor which will ideally happen first in December. The quote will exclude materials but include everything else, including installation of door, plastering and painting. The aperture is 206 high and 185 wide.

I’m trying to update my kitchen in the most economical way possible. They are a wood look laminate and I would like to paint the cupboards to modernise the look. The laminate is in excellent condition, no peeling, no damage or repairs needed. The handles will be replaced, so the holes from screws will need to be filled and sanded once removed. There are 10 cupboards, plus 7 drawers plus 4 overhead cupboards that are mostly glass. Looking for a professional job and best price possible. Thank you. Bettina

Looking for a painter to put a fresh coat of white paint on my apartment walls apartment is small. Should only take a few hours.

I have a 1300 x 1300 square table that I’d like sanded back nicely so that I can re-stain it. Has been stored in an open car port so it has weathered a bit.

Apply 1 coat of stain to rear deck. Wood will have been cleaned already using a proper wood cleaner. Deck size is 6m x 7.5m Apply 1 coat of timber oil to wood screening. Screen is 9.5m long x 1.8m high Materials (decking stains, oils and application matts will be provided)

Painting interior walls, ceilings, maybe windows and skirting boards. Some areas need patching. There may be more work to do. Open to discuss what is necessary to make home safe and ready for us to move in end of December.

I need my wall patched and repainted

Study dimensions 2.6m x 3.0m. Didn’t use proper painters tape & it has bled. Need it tidied up to acceptable standard. All paint supplied.

On my interior walls, there are some cracks/dents/damage to the plaster. Needs to be repaired/touched up. I've got the paint to repaint the damaged bits - note I don't want to repaint entire walls, just the damaged bits. Thanks!
