We are a Pilates Studio in Ivanhoe and we would like to spruce up some of the common areas with a new paint job. It is an old room that needs a little bit of lovin'! We want the floors and walls in our corridor and bathroom repainted. We just want it to look fresh- we aren’t looking for perfect as it’s a building that we may not be in forever. The corners and arches also need painting too however we are happy for you to just use a spray gun and do it fairly rough. It just needs a lighten up - eventually, the building will be getting knocked down anyway. The paint and brushes will be provided. Due date: Flexible - Due date: Flexible

Ceiling was repaired for sagging and some part of the walls are also patched by plasterer. Therefore it needs double coat in some and single coat in other areas - Due date: Needs to be done on Saturday, 22nd Jan 2022

Current bathroom has surface mould due to incorrect paint being used and poor air ventilation. Mould restoration company has already treated mould and area is now ready for repainting. Surface area less than 5m x 5m. The quote should also include an additional 4square meters of wall area above tiles.

I have a small 10cmx10cm area of my ceiling that requires sanding and then repainting, Paint is already obtained

Undercoat and top coat with white paint, 5 large square cooling vents and and 10 circular heating vents using an air brush or paint gun. They can be painted offsite and brought back completed. See pictures of vents. Undercoat onto plastic, top coat to be semi gloss or satin water based white paint. requires an air brush to complete task. A house in Ivanhoe is needing a section of their ceiling painted after air conditioning and plasterer works were completed. The section of ceiling that is needing to be painted is approximately 2m x 1.75m. There is no certain date of when we need this done, just as soon as possible. I’m trying to update my kitchen in the most economical way possible. They are a wood look laminate and I would like to paint the cupboards to modernise the look. The laminate is in excellent condition, no peeling, no damage or repairs needed. The handles will be replaced, so the holes from screws will need to be filled and sanded once removed. There are 10 cupboards, plus 7 drawers plus 4 overhead cupboards that are mostly glass. Looking for a professional job and best price possible. Thank you. Bettina

We tried to repaint with “colour matched” paint from Bunnings but it’s still not right and will require the whole wall the be redone. There are two walls that need doing. What we need from you: 1. A bedroom measuring 275 x 370 cm. One wall has a two paned window and the other has a double mirrored door wardrobe. Sloping ceiling partly wood and partly plaster. I have the paint - 4 lts of Taubmans. You will need a latter to reach the ceiling and cut the edges.
