We are looking to vacate our rental property in Kingsford NSW and are looking for a painter / handyman to attend the property, match the paint and help to repair the dings / stratches to primarily skirting boards that have developed over the years. Mould removal in kitchen ceiling, bathroom ceiling and sunroom. Bathroom has super high ceiling. Probably need a ladder that is more than 2 metre tall. Sunroom can do with normal ladder. No equipments will be provided.

We have a front door we need repainted and a small bathroom. We recently removed and installed a new sink and need to have the surface smoothed over and repainted. We haven’t colour matched the paint so we have purchased a paint and are happy to have the whole bathroom repainted or just 2 opposite walls - happy to negotiate this.
