Small 5cm area of plaster board needing patch and paint

Upper part of bathroom walls above tiles, clean, fill cracks and paint 2 coats if needed.

1. Skirting board needs to be installed at the bottom of the wall 2. sand and paint the wall 3. fill gaps where the new pipes have been installed where they travel into the wall. 4. paint pipes the same colour as the walls.

I need three lots of small screw holes filled, sanded and painted (two coats please) . Photo 1 shows one wall, Photo 2 the second wall, and Photo 3, two minuscule holes in the ceiling. Both wall holes will need the wall plugs removed first. I can provide the matching paint if you provide all other materials. NOTE: . We have 7 central heating ducts that we need removed (that is a simple task) and then the holes need to be repaired and prepped ready for painting. Each duct is 285mm x 285mm, so that would be a reasonable estimate of each hole. The ceiling height is 2.6m. Note that no painting is required.
