Sand paint off and oil balcony wooden floors and wooden benches. Size is 10m x5m. Some outdoor furniture and plants on balcony will need to be moved to allow for sanding and painting. Need the job completed before Monday 3rd February.

- Paint hallway between bedrooms (including doors, skirting, arch. 1 coat. - paint stairwell wall both sides. Not necessarily to the ceiling - priority is to cover existing marks. Depends if that leaves a visible line or not. 1 or 2 coats tbc. - paint provided but need own ladder and painting equipment/ drop sheets etc.

Timber decking and wall needs to cleaned with high pressure sprayer and oiled . See pics attached for size

Water ingress has damaged some of the plasterboards in the ceiling and they need replacing, sanding and painting. The flat is on the third floor in a walk up block. Am looking for a quote as it's an insurance job, then job will be allocated.

Hello, I would like to paint (not stain) my external court yard deck and seating area as shown in the pictures. I would like to paint the deck in stripes (3 planks per stripe) in a dark charcoal and white. It will require a few coats so it still looks good after washing it down and scrubbing bird poo etc. off it. If any flecks of paint get on the surrounding areas they will need to be touched up. I also have a plank of wood at my back door which is rotting. I would like this to be pulled out and replaced (I can send all measurements through etc.) and painted to match the exterior of the house. Any questions ask away.
