Need the decking and steps cleaned and re-stained as I’m selling my house

I need an interior room painter, walls and ceiling. Room is approx 7m by 15m. So ceiling is around 98sqm. One wall is maybe 21sqm (7x3). The additional 3 walls maybe 40sqm in total (8 windows in total also need trim painted). Is a new extension so no prep. Is plastered. No architraves or skirts to paint. Note the lower part of the room has a high ceiling. I can supply scaffold for that. I can include paint but brushes, rollers, drop cloth, etc should be yours.

Need 2 x brand new external doors painted professionally One brown and one white I’ll provide the paint Must happen on Tuesday 21/05

We would like our deck stained. Would also like advice on colours as not sure what is possible on the current quality of wood etc. plan is to replace it in future so don’t want to be too extravagant. Thanks
