Repainting 3 walls white in a small one bedroom apartment before we move out (looking to get our bond back!). Some paint was chipped off from using command hooks, we have patched and sanded these areas and are now looking for someone to paint the walls to make them look good as new :)

Repair to garage fascia and for the area to be painted

Due to some water damage, part of the ceiling is discoloured so the ceiling of 1 room needs to be repainted (3.4 x 3.0 metres). Also there's 2 small places where plaster needs to be patched - see photos. I'm wanting this ceiling and the cornices painted. I can provide undercoat and paint. Plaster patch for disused sockets/ power plugs (TBC - up to 10), remove stone mosaic wall tile from decorative old fireplace (floor to ceiling, see photos). Paint property which was used as rental - one coat white on all ceilings and walls (including stairwell), re-paint trimmings (windows and skirting boards), touch up doors where possible. Paint living room (front of house downstairs) dark green.
