Prefer a qualified painter with experience! Ceilings - 3 ceilings and 1 landing ceiling, all tall. All ceilings have beams that need to be painted. All rooms prepped, furniture removed. Door frames - 8 door frames. All sanded, prepped, masked and undercoated. Just need to be painted. All paint, brushes, drapes, ladder, extension pole and rollers provided. Unless painter prefers to use own equipment (not paint). Painter will need tall ladder 3m+ for higher parts of the job.

Looking for someone to add simple panelling to 4 rooms, panelling would need to be cut but you. Then walls and skirts to be painted

1.5 x 11 metres of two walls needs wallpapering. hallway is to consist of wainscotting then the wallpaper up top. in addition, another small adjacent section of 1.5 x 6.5 metres. We already have the wallpaper, paste kind. Photo shows the hallway minus the wainscotting which is yet to be completed.

Remove wall paper and mould , add screen coat and paint one small wall

Move a dry wall including door, skirtings, cornices and GPOs by about 4m. Replastering required and make good of timber floor.

Two walls in the living room require a few holes to be patched up from hook removals and walls fully painted over. The walls are roughly 3mx2.5m and 4mx2.5m. Paint and required brushes will be provided upon advice on inital inpection.

Interior wall needs feature colour painted over to match the other white walls. Wall is 4.6m wide and 3m high, with two large windows flanking a large fireplace. Seems like a straight forward job, we just prefer not to climb a ladder. Primer and white paint provided.
