Deck needs stripping and sanding and oil

I have a concrete slab that was completed on 11th September 2024, which is 15m x 8m. I need someone to paint the entire surface Emerald green, and then paint white lines for a pickleball court, and also a basketball free throw line. (Ability to paint a 3 point arc as well would be great, but not mandatory). I have the paint on site (Apcp AceKote acrylic water based sports court paint) and the slab has been cleaned ready for painting. I've attached instructions for the application. You will need to provide all equipment. Requires two coats 4 hours between applications, but you may prefer to come back the next day to complete.

We need walls put in our Cubby house. See images. 1.9mD x 4m W Approx Inside roof as well . Can be plaster or panelling.

Have some peeling gloss white laminate peeling off some kitchen cupboard frames and a door to pantry

Painting of the white trim on the cubby (around windows, door, balcony etc.) and painting of the decking floor, and underside of roof. Has already had one coat. Will only need 1 more. Painting of the swing set - will need two coats. Paint and equipment (brushes, tape etc) provided.

Small patching required. Very small holes.

Spray my front fence white. Both sides. I have the paint. You will need to bring ur own tools to do the job

Deck to be cleaned and restained. Realtively new timber boards (3 years old). Very straight forward - no repairs or replacements required. Just clean and stain.

I just need one set of 10 steps in the backyard sanded.

I need a bedroom wall sanded in a certain area and painted white. A hole had been patched up near the TV and I want it looking clean and fresh. Also need the mirror stuck to the same wall taken off If someone cam supply paint that would be great - Will add this to price

Painter required for immediate start. A toilet, front door, 2 walls and touch up.

I x garage plaster wall to place a plaster panel, patch and paint. One x bedroom wall hole to place a plaster panel, patch and paint, and one bedroom door to replace and paint and also to repair and fix the matching door jam/locking

Removal of dead ivy off asbestos cladding, light sand of previous paint to remove ivy residue, repaint affected area. We will supply paint.
