17 m wide at back - 40 m deep both sides (right and left) and 2 m high fence. Paint will be provided, need help painting the fence.

The bathroom floor and bath has been cleaned by the previous tenant, however, the walls and ceiling have got marks of mould which needs to be cleaned. The tricky part is that the room has got high ceiling. The task is to clean the wall and ceiling, we think it will take and hour and 30mn maximum, maybe much less. We can provide a ladder. The person will need to provide the cleaning products for the task. We don't live at the property but we can be there on Saturday afternoon.

There was a tape on the wall for a while and when I tried to remove the tape, the paint came off with it.
