A portion of the ceiling and the cornis in the living room has cravked open. This part of the ceiling is about 1.5m X 6m in area. This part of the ceiling needs to be replaced with a new one and screwed securely . Then replace the cornis and plaster the gaps folloed by painting this part of the ceiling to match the colour.
