The bathroom floor and bath has been cleaned by the previous tenant, however, the walls and ceiling have got marks of mould which needs to be cleaned. The tricky part is that the room has got high ceiling. The task is to clean the wall and ceiling, we think it will take and hour and 30mn maximum, maybe much less. We can provide a ladder. The person will need to provide the cleaning products for the task. We don't live at the property but we can be there on Saturday afternoon.

Deck needs to be sanded and oiled. Half of the roof has merbau that needs oiling to as well as the deck roof was extended as per photos that needs to be oiled. I can provide the Merbau Oil if required.
