Had plaster repaired due to leakages in family room and upstairs bathroom. Need painted - hopefully just the areas affected. If whole bathroom ceiling needs to be done that’s ok. See pics

We would like to have our front boundary fences painted in monument grey. One length is 11 m and the other is 13 m. The fence is about 15 years old. We also would like the wood panels on our letterbox painted. The fence and letterbox can be seen in the photos. Please include your estimate of the time it will take you onsite to perform the work. Happy to pay on an agreed hourly rate basis.

We have a couple of sections of wood on our roof which are at the front of our house which need to be painted. There are currently safety barriers installed on our roof as we have just had our tiles cleaned. Before the rails are removed, we would like to have these wood sections painted (in either an appropriate wood varnish or paint). The wood hasn’t been painted since the house was built about 15 years ago. You can see the areas in the photos attached - both are easily accessible from the street. The photos were taken following rain so the wood appears darker than it is. An indication of the usual colour can be seen in the dry strip on the left.

The property consists of a 600sqm land with two townhouses. Both the boundary and divider fences in the backyard are timber, and we are seeking a painter to paint all of these timber fences. Please provide a labor-only quote. The timber fence areas are marked in red on the attached floor plan. Additionally, there is greenery on one side and a retaining wall on the same side that will also need to be painted. You are welcome to visit the site to inspect the areas before submitting your quote.

This wall to be painted sage

Need to restore 3 sets of French windows at front of property. Includes fixing frames and painting. Also need to remove old air con from window and replace with matching French panel. Lastly, would like to restore and paint our front door. See pics for details. Thanks!

Part of ceiling & one wall were water damaged paint peeling off now so will need to be stripped, made good and repainted

Happy with Dulux weathershield or Haymes Solashield. Colour TBC. This is a new build with no bushes, shrubs, trees etc..on property. Fence height is 2.4m. Please see photos for more details. Require minimum two-three coats depending on the coverage. There are three sides requiring painting i.e. all boundary fences, only single side to be painted, based on width and depth of lot, approximately 100m of fence to spray in total. Looking for meticulous handy work and best practices i.e. avoiding overspray and proper protection of neighbours property to prevent spoiling relationships with neighbours - one being the local council. There will also be fresh aggregate concrete so expectation is that drop sheets/protection is used. Timing is still TBC, but likely late June to early July. Will coordinate with builder. Happy to meet on site and work out the details and fine tune a reasonable fee.

Got this paint damage/peel on the top of the roof, probably from bird droppings from years ago that has gone through the paint. Not sure how this will be fixed but I assume a repaint in that section. Car is a 2014 Toyota 86 in grey.

Sand and paint exterior windows on the front of my apartment, there is currently no power to the property, there is a communal power point 40 metres away if you require it.
