We manage quite a few properties in the area and have quite a few jobs that come up that require patch and paint work, looking for someone with ability to do so so we can provide with more work

Need a handyman/ apprentice to assists with decking and outdoor works. His can be iseal for someone who us willing to learn /get experience under a guide. Minimal stipend wil be paid but can receice free accomodation for 10 days . Availability on weekends is required and day availability during the week is required.

Small patch on the ceiling wall to be fixed . The patch involves sprinkler cut and the other patch is plain. Approx 30x30cm and other 15x15cm. Entire ceiling does not require a paint but only these 2 small patches.
