We have installed a cubby house under an oak tree and its not great quality. We think it needs at least to have the roof painted to give it some protection. Think the walls are ok. Do also need to bog and sand a lot of nail holes etc before painting. 2 coats likely. I will supply materials, paint, paint brush, bog, sandpaper

We have a vacant house in Ferntree Gully, VIC 3156, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 1 parking space garage ( in the garage only two walls need to be painted, as the other two walls are brick). Need to have the roof structure (not the roof itself) painted. Only the white ones need to be repainted with another coat of white paint. Update : The highest point - the centre beam is about 5m (or slightly less) high from the inside area and higher from the outside.

We have an old exterior deck in our backyard that is in poor condition. We're replacing it with exterior tiles, but need it pulled up first. The best access to the deck is through our carport. It is made from painted deck wood. And -- before you mention it! - it was in poor quality before we purchased. When you quote, please include pulling up the deck and removing the waste.
