Need wall painted over patched work

House internal painting Its a 3 bedroom 2 storey townhouse. No ceilings , no garage, just walls. House is occupied with furniture and usual stuff. Not sure on single coat or double coat, there is quite some marks like colour, pen, pencil marks all over, if this can be done with a good quality single coat I am fine unless the finish is good. I have attached the layout...the land size is 175m2 so you can assume the house size. Pls give me your best qoute to proceed.
