Level Timber deck approx.33 sq metres. requires sanding. Deck is in very good condition with some surface mould but no moss or splinters. Access from rear lane into a flat area. Deck is slightly raised 270 mm. so easy access. Deck will be free of any furniture.

Paint walls for end of lease. at least 4 walls to be painted white (any white that matches). Front entrance where sign was will need to be sanded and repainted. Need done urgently before 8am Friday 6th Sept. Happy to be sent an invoice off airtasker but will need to stay within budget.
