The exterior of an old weatherboard house needs to be sanded ahead of painters start. We have recently replaced a bunch of weatherboards and now need to sand back the existing ones ahead of painting. 40 & 80 grit sand paper will be required, and either an Orbital sander or Precision sander. More work available at property in near future

Back deck needs a new coat of dark grey paint. You may need to hammer a few nails that have slightly popped up.

If you had one day to spare that would do the urgent set but if you had up to three or four, it would get more done before Christmas. I have the paint just not the time.
