The exterior of an old weatherboard house needs to be sanded ahead of painters start. We have recently replaced a bunch of weatherboards and now need to sand back the existing ones ahead of painting. 40 & 80 grit sand paper will be required, and either an Orbital sander or Precision sander. More work available at property in near future

Back deck needs a new coat of dark grey paint. You may need to hammer a few nails that have slightly popped up.
