I am looking for someone to do some art on wall as i have resturant wall of 10m long

There are holes in the ceiling from where I replaced some lights that need patching up. After the dry wall patching, I will need the whole apartment painted. It is currently vacant. There are 2 bedrooms and one bathroom and the interior is about 59sq.m. There is carpet.

We are looking for someone to apply expoxy coat to our shop floors. Are is 80m2 Job to be done outside of business hours. For example Friday 5pm - Monday 9am. Exisiting floor is concrete that has been painted black. Surface is uneven in some areas. We don’t mind if it remains uneven, we are mainly after a colour change and something that’s easy to mop and keep clean. Colour we want is light grey with green flake. On floor plan it’s the entire area in grey.
