We have an existing apartment that needs the ceiling repainted and three walls. Ceilings are plaster and currently painted a version of white. We want the ceilings repainted in a flat ceiling white paint. One coat should be enough. Ceilings are approx 55 sqm. Also need two walls painted of approx 24 sqm (see images). We have recently bought the apartment, so its vacant, and we get possession at 11:30am Fri 6 Dec. Would like the painting done Friday afternoon/evening is possible. Its a ground floor apartment with easy access.

Need two pendants painted - just hate colour and want white - ceilings are approx 4m so you’ll need extendable ladder mine is not quite high enough. I can provide the paint.

We are moving into a new office space and need the existing black ceiling and black concrete pillars painted to Dulux Vivid White. Any services that are on the ceiling will also need to be painted white. There’s approximately 110m2 of ceiling to paint. Price is inclusive of paint supply. Thanks!

Hi. I need repairs done on these apartment walls. Will need a coulour match and some sanding. It’s 3 patches: a 1.5m x 1m patch, a 1m x 2m patch and 2x small patches in bedroom. Will need to be colour matched: there’s no power so please clean up after yourself. I’ve done my best to show the areas we are talking about.

I need help removing mould in my apartment. It is a mild case, however proper treatment is essential so it does not come back. Mould is found mostly in the 2 bedrooms around the blinds area, plus a bit on the ensuite ceiling (see pics). Prefer this to be done before Xmas, please, but if not possible then early next year is fine. Thanks.

Hi there, I have various locations in the apartment that need either scraping/filling-light sand-paint and just painting in some other areas. I have all the necessary paint colours and caulk. With the caulking there is mainly around a stone bench and and door frame (both not pictured). Some painted areas I understand may need more of the area painted but I’m hopeful it blends suitably with a “smaller” area/touch up. I suspect once set up there is less than or up to two hours work here but please advise if you believe otherwise. The kitchen cabinets were previously primed and painted. I am not sure if paint can be reapplied or if further prep is required. I would like the job completed before the end of next week but I am flexible. Thanks
