I require a bathroom ceiling to be replastered and laundry ceiling and walls (asbestos already will be removed. Certified.) Bathroom ceiling 1960 X 1800 Laundry + toilet 3700 x1780 (total incl of toilet) I have not got the height dimensions. All bathroom ceiling plaster will be taken away and completed with clean finish around plumbing. Left clean ready for cabinetry installation and painting. You will supply the materials. All fixtures will be removed. Please see photos attached.

Completion of a DIY job I didn’t finish. 1. One wall left to complete, will require two undercoats and two paint coats - I have the paint. The door along the wall also need the rear of it repainting. 2. Then need ceiling slightly patched (6cm diameter hole) in same room and entire ceiling including cornice repainted white - you would need to provide undercoat and paint for entire ceiling. Paint has come off when peeling double sided tape on two walls - Bedroom and hall. The marks are not too big but size of 4X4 cm. Another section would be the at the top of the door where cloth hanger colour has deposited as shown in the image. Need both of those fixed / repaired.

End of lease- some walls have stains and peeled off as there have been pictures hung up on the walls. There's about two walls in the lounge and sections of the walls in the two bed rooms that needs painting. Please note that as this is just to refresh the property, only one coat of top coat the same colour as existing is required. Included in scope are the skirtings, door frames, 3 x internal doors but does not include the ceiling, except for a small section around a new access hatch. Moisture and dampness from the balcony has resulted in corrosion and deterioration of the plaster.
