Bathroom ceiling 1960 X 1800 Laundry + toilet 3700 x1780 (total incl of toilet) I have not got the height dimensions. All bathroom ceiling plaster will be taken away and completed with clean finish around plumbing. Left clean ready for cabinetry installation and painting. You will supply the materials. All fixtures will be removed. Please see photos attached.

Completion of a DIY job I didn’t finish. 1. One wall left to complete, will require two undercoats and two paint coats - I have the paint. The door along the wall also need the rear of it repainting. 2. Please note that as this is just to refresh the property, only one coat of top coat the same colour as existing is required. Included in scope are the skirtings, door frames, 3 x internal doors but does not include the ceiling, except for a small section around a new access hatch.
