Need to sand front door and door frame as per the attached images to make it ready for painting in varnish or stain again in different timber colour. And please quote just for sanding and you DO NOT need to quote for re-painting. And following varnish and stain paint was used without a prime coat when it was originally painted.

Looking for someone to apply a third coat of paint to a wall. Two coats have already been done. Some cutting in is required, along with touch-ups where paint has bled previously. You will need to prep the wall with painter's tape and ensure a clean, smooth finish with no patches. The job should take no longer than an hour. I recently painted the first two coats myself but am pregnant and exhausted! Materials and paint will be supplied. Please make acceptable offers in the vicinity of my price range. I’ve had a small section of internal wall put up (approx 2.5 x 2.7m). Now just need it all plastered/skimmed and neatly finished so I can paint it. There are some gaps and sections that will need pre-filling (please see pics). I will put up the skirting and paint myself - just need it finished to a state ready for me to paint.

Sand and paint ceiling including the bulk head / coffered corners. Undercoat and a flat off white or cream colour. (Exact colour TBC) The walls are likely not being repainted so any corners will need to be neat and straight. This task is for painting two sets of new MDF timber doors. One pair is already primed as you can see in the photos (and not yet hung). The second pair are raw MDF (and already hung, but no hardware). I will supply the paint. You supply the brushes, tray, sandpaper and drop sheets. Both will painted in the same colour (Dulux natural white for bathrooms/kitchens). We have an undercover deck space so you can have one pair drying outside while painting the next pair inside.
