Require help to refurbish an old cubby house. Will need a fresh coat of paint (paint provided), any repairs that is required inside and outside to secure it for safe play for kids. The door does not swing in and out easily so it will require some repair. Also a bolt on the outside of the door will need to be fixed.

Dear Airtaskers, I have a timber railing which is 7 meters long by 1 meter high and a picket fence which is 2.2 meters long by 1.7 meters height. It needs to be sanded back to wood in some spots. The paint is falling off in some places. I expect that all four sides of the timbers will be sanded. I would do a full inspection of the sanding to make sure it meets my requirements before painting. Then with the painting it needs three coats of paint , which i will be supplying, I also have the quick dry filler to fill any cracks etc. The most time-consuming but will be the pickets they have paint runs and needs to be taken back to the wood, considering the paint is falling off in sections you could maybe scrape it off then sand, up to you. I have experience in painting but just don't have the time to do it myself. I expect a flawless finish with no paint runs, make sure that you put drop sheets down to protect my pebble stone works. I am looking for A grade finish, if you are new to painting or not experienced please don't waste my time.
