Bathrooms require cornice to be installed. 1 ensuite and 1 small bathroom recently gutted and renovated. We have already purchased all the cornice ( Gyprok Cove) but feel a professional will do a heaps better and quicker job than we can do. - Due date: Flexible

1. Paint tiles in laundry, kitchen and bathroom (as per photos - splash back in kitchen, small sections in bathroom and laundry as per photo). Tiles must be cleaned & scrubbed first, lightly sanded, cleaned again, primed and then painted. 2. Re-paint the kitchen cabinet above the kitchen bench (with glass doors either side) inside and out and iron legs (with high gloss white paint) and the existing white parts of the rest of the kitchen cupboards - (see photo) All painted areas must be taped from other surfaces to protect.
