Sand and stain Merbau deck, steps and landscaping merbau edges. They are in good condition. Task is to Sand and remove current coating or use wood paint stripper instead of sanding. Screw down any loose boards with missing deck screws (just few I have noticed), apply wood rejuvenation treatment to remove greying. After that 2 coats of topcoat. I can supply Intergrain for topcoat. Later there can be task for backyard deck restain potentially.

The deck is in good condition. Just a couple of spots where the stain has peeled. I have all the equipment including the stain. 4m X 6m deck with easy access, around 20cm from the ground no railings or poles to navigate.

Quick paint touch up on 3 roof gables. Small job, probably an hour maximum.

Looking for someone to restore the tables, remove rust, painting our Terrace tables. 13 in total. Adding our two fireplace. See pictures attached
