Unit fences, have the paint just time poor to sell. Need a good job no over spray. Whole house not just the one section, two coats

I have purchased and painted the cornice as we built 2 new walls to make a bedroom. Approx 3m by 4m. Wide hallway and easy to move in room. Some cute are made, I Tried to put it up but not great with cement so need someone to come and mix cement, make the last couple of cuts and put it up please.

Need someone to sand back some plastering, hang wallpaper and paint the trims of a 3 x 3 bedroom. There is currently a bunk bed in the room. You will either need work around it or move disassemble it. Wallpaper and paint supplies. Wallpaper details in pic below
