Seeking quotes from professional house painters to clean, prepare and paint the bottom storey of a 2 storey house. **Work to be done between Friday Nov 8th and completed by Friday Nov 15th** I require the walls, ceilings, skirtings, doors/window frames and arcs painted - 2 coats. Dulux Lexicon Qtr in low-VOC for walls/doors/trim and ceiling white low VOC for ceilings. Please specify brush/roller/spray in your quote and whether you will/wont include the specified paint as above. Please also specify when you can complete the work and how many days you estimate. I would prefer a team to get the work done quickly and to a high standard (+ possible additional work) Some patching has already been done, and some additional minor sanding & patching will be required (via regular wear and tear). Scope for job is walls, celings, doors and all trim in two loungerooms (including open plan kitchen), home office, laundry/passageway, toilet and bottom of stairwell - please see floor plan. House is furnished, I will move all furniture into middle of room and remove wall pictures and small items. Require drop sheets to cover all items.

I have a 12 square meter bedroom to regrout, it’s already deep, so no need to remove any exisiting grout. Can just grout over it. And also paint the room white. I can do it by myself but I want it done quicker. Would like someone to give me a hand. I’ll be removing all the furniture & removing the curtains.
