Bedroom door has been replaced and needs to be colour matched to an existing door and painted

We got about halfway through painting our front fence and then our lives became too busy and it’s been sitting half done! It’s as pictured. For the car gate, it needs to be sanded and receive two coats oil. The middle part of the fence between the footgate (you can see the lock to delineate that section) requires just one more coat. The part of the fence near the letter box, the footgate itself and the part of the fence on the left hand side have all received two coats and do not require further work. We would supply the outdoor furniture oil - we would expect that you would supply any other equipment or consumables.

Dulux Lexicon Qtr in low-VOC for walls/doors/trim and ceiling white low VOC for ceilings. I would prefer a team to get the work done quickly and to a high standard (+ possible additional work) Some patching has already been done, and some additional minor sanding & patching will be required (via regular wear and tear). I have a 12 square meter bedroom to regrout, it’s already deep, so no need to remove any exisiting grout. Can just grout over it. And also paint the room white. I can do it by myself but I want it done quicker. Would like someone to give me a hand. I’ll be removing all the furniture & removing the curtains.
