Find an experienced local painter in Skye VIC

Looking for someone to paint the top part of the house where I can't reach. Only outside the windows. It's about 4m wide and only need the top 1.5m done so it's small area and a quick Jon for the right person. Need 2 coats. I will do the bottom whilst you paint the top. You will need your own render roller, ladder ect.

The bottom section of the door frames require touch up painting. We recently removed tiles and installed floorboards, however the doorframes still require a touch up to look good. There are 7 doors, two frames on each door (14 total).

I need 3 holes in wall patched up and repainted to match the current colour.

There are few spots on the wall nail hole, small cracks, few marks and a bathroom rail loose, it will need a touch of paint also

Sand and stain three poles some showing some signs of sun damage and needs to be sanded quite a bit

Few dents on wall including fixing a rail on the toilet which is bit loose, once filled with putty it needs to be touched with paint,

Cleaning ceiling and walls to get rid of smoke stains and smell of 15 year old smoke sugar soap bi carb methylated spirits

Bath has been painted in the past and requires paint removal and re painting/ re glazing. Please quote

Task including two area in living room: @There was originally a box aircon on the living room wall, after i removed the box aircon and brick back / plaster back, the plaster patch still need to be sanded and repainted to match the wall. The patch size is approx. 800mm x 500mm (1st photo) @Also there is a water leak stain on the ceiling corner:cornice atea (2nd photo), approx. 150 mm diameter size. Leakage from flue above has been sealed/solved, But the stain there need to be painted back to be consistent with wall color as well.
