Find an experienced local painter in South Yarra

Hi, I am looking to have the gaps (between flyscreen and wall) filled. The flyscreen is for the skylight, which Id estimate is approx 4m off the ground. It is in a bathroom , so something water and mould resistant would be ideal. I am looking for someone with experience. Many thanks : )

1985 Suzuki sierra, has minor rust patches to be sanded and dints to be filled (small ones). Needs a full body spray - want it to look good but not spend an absolute fortune. Thinking either dark green or the same colour scheme, pin stripes like the ones on there now. Also keen to get internal panels looked at, see if any rust needing attention

I found some mould blooms from where my indoor plants have been sitting on a shelf in the kitchen. I am sensitive to mould and need assistance from someone that knows what they are doing to make sure it’s cleaned safely. There are about 5 patches, around 10cm diameter. See photo for one of them. We've taken on a few projects and in need of an experienced painter to paint a 1 Bedroom apartment in South Yarra. The only thing you need to do is paint, everything is prepared and ready to go. Just show up and get to work. The apartment is vacant. There is also opportunity for future work if the work quality and speed is good. You must be able to get to work on time, we start at 7:30AM and finish at 5:30PM with a 1hour break at lunch time. The painting should take no more than 3-4 days. Scope: - Walls: All interior walls of the apartment (2 coats) - Ceilings: All Ceilings, Bathroom ceiling includes repair and plastering (2 coats) - Woodwork: Window frames, Skirting boards, Entry door (inside), Bedroom Door, Wardrobe and cupboard in bedroom, Kitchen Shelf (above kitchen bench) (2 coats) Budget is: $400/day, payment at the end of the job (must have ABN)

We have 5 holes in a wall that need patching and painting. 2 larger, a fist size and others smaller. We need patched on Wednesday and sanded and painted at a later date once dry

Just had ceiling patches plastered but need them sanded ready for us to paint. Ceilings are approx 3.3m in height.

I ve been trying to remove sticker marks on the ceiling making it un eaven , need to leave the room the neater possible for en of lease , anyone able to do this

Recently had floorboards installed and new skirting boards fitted. Skirts need to be painted (gloss white) in lounge, kitchen, powder room, laundry and hallway areas. Approx. 60m of skirting. We will supply paint.
