Painting required for 2 bedroom apartment in south Yarra. All rooms walls and ceilings need painting; kitchen, lounge, master bedroom, bathroom and small second bedroom (bathroom and kitchen area are mostly tiled). Apartment will be unfurnished at time of painting. Need to supply own tools and paint - white for the ceilings and off white for the walls. There is a brown feature wall in living area that may need extra coats to cover.

Lots of holes from removing previous lights in ceiling that need plastering. Also a couple random holes in walls to patch

24 stairs and 1 landing that needs to be sanded from where carpet was originally. The sides which were painted white need to be sanded as well but the stairs will be repainted completely white. There’s still a few nails to be removed and some patching on gaps.

Recently had floorboards installed and new skirting boards fitted. Skirts need to be painted (gloss white) in lounge, kitchen, powder room, laundry and hallway areas. Approx. 60m of skirting. We will supply paint.
