Find an experienced local painter in South Yarra

Hi We are looking for someone to revarnish living room table as it has had a spill that seems to have eaten through the varnish layer. At a guess it looks like the the top layer or varnish will need to be removed, sanded and then re-varnished.

Balcony concrete flooring is in need of a re-paint. I doubt it has been done since the original build in 2009. Unsure of the original paint/process. Colour looks to be medium Grey currently - looking to go darker but flexible and open to options. The balcony size is 5m x 1.9m. Happy to supply photos or additional info if needed.

We have a restaurant and we are rennovating. Looking for a painter to paint front of the shop, inside patch up and paint on the cieling, some tiles and some wooden. Mostly black and white. We are rennovating our restaurant in South Yarra. We need to paint some walls, 2 cieling some patches from removal of some lights, and some wooden doors and some wooden partition and a dj booth, bar top. Mostly need white & black paint and something to do on natural wood.

Just had ceiling patches plastered but need them sanded ready for us to paint. Ceilings are approx 3.3m in height.

I ve been trying to remove sticker marks on the ceiling making it un eaven , need to leave the room the neater possible for en of lease , anyone able to do this

Painting required for 2 bedroom apartment in south Yarra. All rooms walls and ceilings need painting; kitchen, lounge, master bedroom, bathroom and small second bedroom (bathroom and kitchen area are mostly tiled). Walls and ceilings will need some preparation - there are some areas of peeling paint, especially on the bathroom ceiling (see photo). Apartment will be unfurnished at time of painting. Need to supply own tools and paint - white for the ceilings and off white for the walls. There is a brown feature wall in living area that may need extra coats to cover.

Lots of holes from removing previous lights in ceiling that need plastering. Also a couple random holes in walls to patch

Recently had floorboards installed and new skirting boards fitted. Skirts need to be painted (gloss white) in lounge, kitchen, powder room, laundry and hallway areas. Approx. 60m of skirting. We will supply paint.

Pls answer my questions— Total $125 includes all the work done right? If the patch is painted, Can I know will the real estate agent to make out or tell that it has been repainted? Because I want my full bond back …only this is an issue. And I am leaving on Monday afternoon. Agent is coming to inspect at 1pm on Monday . Will the paint be all dry ? Can you come tomorrow and what time? How long does it take? Pls reply now so I can decide. Thanks

Concrete walls need plastering ready for painting. 2.5m long, 1m wide, about 1.5m up wall.

Wall has paint missing from picture hangings being removed. Need it to be filled/painted over. Doesn't have to be perfect - just enough to get our bond back!

Just took a wall sconce lamp off the wall (attached with the sticker it came with), and it ripped the paint off the wall. There are two. Need it plastered and painted over asap as I’m moving out of my apartment. Thanks!

L ooking for a skilled handyman to repair a small hole (approximately 5 cm) and some surface damage (peeling paint/laminate) on an interior door. The job requires filling, sanding, and repainting to restore the door to a smooth finish. Please bring your own tools and materials, though I can supply the paint if necessary.
