Need cornice and plaster reinstated in the shown areas, apply topcoat and patch wherever necessary and come back and finish with sanded finish, builder spec work. More work if needed, my plasterer is overseas

Paint x1 door both sides gloss white.

Need top layer of white paint sprayed onto very deep set textured brick wall. Prime, Seal, and protect layer has already been done. Will need a glossy shine finish either an interior – exterior paint that will work on brick walls and is easy to clean. The brick walls are inside a building and there is roughly 30 m of brick wall by 2 1/2 3 m of height. this will likely need to be sprayed on as the bricks are very textured and old. Happy to supply the paint if someone can professionally spray

Just finished installing a door in one of the bedrooms,currently with two colours (white & yellowish)which looks quite unattractive. So need a handyman who knows how to properly paint the wall and make it consistent with the same original colour. Wall is made of plasterboard and superficial area for painting is approx. 69cm W and 190cm H distance from left and right to the door. Also, need to paint front and back sides. (Note: NO NEED to paint the door and the frame borders just the plasterboard wall only). In terms of colour, I checked in Bunnings and seemed to be match Taubmans - Spring Sunshine. T15 183.2. 285 Springvale Road - I need the signage removed which is the white lettering to be taken off and then painting over the phone number at the front of the building. The background is purple and it all needs to be purple again with no reference to any business. I need the overhead street sign to be painted purple.
