Paint is flaking and bubbling off wall (tenants weren't using exhaust in bathroom). Paint needs to be sanded back and wall repainted. I have the paint! Walls are 2x3m (roof section) and 1x3m (affected wall)

Must be painted earlyish in a Sunday so that it is dry for trading on a Monday. You are able to do one side per day if you wanted to split the job. All cabinets, flooring and shelving and chairs must be covered as we do not want paint on anything other than the walls and skirting.

The deck is made of treated pine and has been painted previously. I want to repaint it myself but looking for someone to sand it, punch in all the mail heads and then fill in the nail head holes with putty or filler.
