Hi, have previously had some leakage through the roof which has dampened the ceiling and it’s started to go mouldy. Need someone to pop around and cut out the mouldy part of the ceiling (say 500 x 500mm), then re-board, plaster skim coat and paint to match the surrounding ceiling. When I purchased the property 10 years ago, the tiles had recently been painted. They looked really nice and I could barely notice that they‘d been painted at all. However they have begun to fade. But overall, the condition is excellent. No dents or scratches etc… I’ve recently had my entire apartment painted in builders/lexicon white 1/4, and the kitchen tiles now look too “creamy”. Must be painted earlyish in a Sunday so that it is dry for trading on a Monday. You are able to do one side per day if you wanted to split the job. All cabinets, flooring and shelving and chairs must be covered as we do not want paint on anything other than the walls and skirting.

Patching & painting a wall in a rental propert

Wall ripped when taking down some adhesive clamps for hanging up photos. I have filled them in but do not have the right paint. Would be looking for someone to colour match and paint over the holes
