Hi Airtasker! I have clearance from my landlord to sort this out myself. I hung a stick-on wall hanger and when it fell one time, it peeled off the wall paint leaving minor damage. Appreciate if someone can help patch it up and “touch up” with paint to match the white colour as close as possible. Thank you!

Preparing my unit for sale. It is 4 years old but has been used as a Airbnb in the last 12 months. Need to refresh the place. There are variety of jobs. Below is a snapshot of the main works. Either paint or clean. - 1st room: Repair damaged walls, scraping, gap filling, sanding and spot painting, silicone gap filling on skirtings, and spot painting - 2nd Room: Wall frame area, filling hole gaps, silicone gap filling on skirting, sanding, and spot painting. -Ensuite Bathroom door frame repair damaged wood frame, filling/sanding, and painting - kitchen area: Repair damaged wall face top and side wall in fridge area, scraping/filling/painting. Apply undercoat plus 2x coats of paint - living room ceiling: Repair spot damaged ceiling, filling and sanding, apply undercoat, and 2x coats of paint. -Cleaning/sugar soap wall around air-conditioning area/ remove dirt marks. - balcony: Balcony door handle Repair/ replacing parts - fixing damaged ceiling, scraping/filling/sanding apply undercoat and paint 2x coats of paint in walls and ceiling. - Roof top: Apply mold - resistant/waterproof silicone. Clean ceiling above boq area, remove marks, filling and sanding where needed, apply undercoat and 2x coats of paint. - BBQ area: Full clean of BBQ/ grill plates and floor tiles area - Put together and mount basic floating tv unit. - Other small patch up and odd jobs. - Replace pendant lights in kitchen.

Skirting board to the whole house to close a gap between the wall and the floor. I will provide the Skirting boards from Bunnings.

Looking to get a brick wall prepared and then painted. Preparation is important. It’s approx. 30m wide and 6m high. Will supply paint.

Paint lounge, dining, one bathroom, kitchen, three bedrooms, laundry & hallway. Paint all ceilings and walls, architraves and skirting boards. Everything can be painted in the same wall colour and finish. (No need for low sheen or gloss to doors skirts architraves etc.) Floor plan is 160 m². Ceiling height are 2.7 m throughout. We have a wall that need painting white. A piece of art to come off and hung on another wall. A plaster patch the size of a 50cent piece. Wall size approx 2.3m w x 3.5m h Thank you.

-Scrape paint, patch and sand damaged wall area near door entrance. -Supply and apply 2 coats of colour matched wall paint to repaired area only(paint matched as close as possible to existing).

72 square meter 2 bedroom apartment. Kitchen just renovated so needs full refresh - walls, skirting and ceiling. 2 large rooms, hallway and smaller room only need skirting. Lexicon Quarter gloss colour required for skirtings and Matt for patching on walls. Bathroom already painted last year in renovation.

Approx 12x12cm ceiling hole (where a down light once sat) needs to be patched and sanded ready for painting.

Looking for a skilled hand to tidy this internal brickwork (it was a window) so needs to have the edges cleaned up and squared to make a neat opening. All bricks onsite Good access
