Aluminium window sill cleaning - dirt & mould removal around 8 windows, see pics. I have a house in Sunshine (Melbourne's west) and there's been some mould appear around 8 of the windowsills, and behind the toilet cistern while there weren't any people living in it (so there wasn't any air circulation). It should be easy removal for experienced hands and the right chemicals (e.g. Mould Exterminator, not what you can buy at Bunnings), and safety gear + protection for the new carpet around the house 🙂 Would love to hear from some cleaning services who could give me a rough quote & timing, and who have experience with care and quality finishes (bearing in mind the windows are old, so won't come up brand new!). Help paint 2 units in sunshine west. Inside and outside. Per hour $25. 7 hours per day and over 5 days. I am flexible on number of days and start times. I will also be painting with you.

Looking for a painter to paint our living room ceiling, ceiling is sloped reaching 4.5m high and approx 36 square metres. We've already primed, just need 2 top coats. Paint, brushes, rollers and poles provided. High ladder not provided.

There are two damages/holes in my wall that i would like to have plastered up and the whole wall painted. First wall is 2.5 x 2.4m wall in our lounge room, damage to wall is 25cm long and 20cm wide. second wall is in a bedroom 1.5m x 2m. 3 small dints in the walls. Third wall is in the dining area, just needs to be painted over patchwork that is different colour to the wall. The whole wall might need to be painted over. 3.3m x 3.2m All 3 walls are white and need to be colour matched.

Patch plaster and sand back ready for paint. A quote with a coat of primer and without any paint would be great. Door patching probably easiest to cut out a larger section for a quicker and neater finish. I have the paint should only need two coats as it's very strong "walk on paint" picture attached Edit: should have mentioned anything red would need to be painted as seen in photos.
