There is a Water stain spot on the ceiling and on the corners. Need to sand those spots and paint the whole ceiling and the walls. Preferably the entire ground floor

I patched a hole in the whole, need help with paint match and finish the job. Small patch nothing major!

Need the deck sanded and painted. Some nails needs to be fixed too, nothing major.

We got some patch work done and hence need to get some walls painted.. also, one of the rooms had black painting done on of the walls and it needs to be now painted to match other walls which is a grey shade…

Had new skirting boards installed to the main areas of the house (minus bedrooms). So I need them prepped and painted. Plus the sliding door arch’s and the pantry door arch’s were removed and replaced so will need them prepped and painted.

Need a new pine timber fence lacquered, one side only, to keep its natural colour as long as possible. Inside only with gate, side to paint has the railings on it. 2.1m x 13m approx.
