Need someone to install 16mm plaster gyprock to walls and 10mm plaster to ceiling. And to stop up and sand. Plaster sheets will be provided. Will need you to provide base coat,topcoat and the works. Walls - 70m2 Ceiling - 45m2

I need someone to help me paint the inside of my house, I have all the paint and materials. I'm probably looking for 2 people as I'd like it done quickly, it will probably be 2 days of work. It doesn't need to be professional level as I'm just painting it to sell but I still want it done well enough. Just need someone with a good attitude that can get a job done. Looking to pay in the region of 35-45 per hour. Requesting interior house painting for 3x large rooms + hallway within (currently vacated) 3 bed 1 bath single storey house. Rooms included: - Living room (all walls except dark feature wall (already painted) - Rumpus room - Hallway - Kitchen / Dining (This includes ceilings, walls, skirting boards & window trim and door frames. Does not include doors.) Not required: (Exclude from quote) - Bathroom - Painting WC - Bedrooms - Painting doors. The rooms have been majority prep, patching, sanding etc so ready to go. Paint is provided. Different paint colours have been chosen for different rooms, but windows, skirting boards and ceilings are all same colour. While we have some materials (roller, drop sheets, brushes etc) though you may prefer your own kit etc.

I would like an interior wall and door constructed in an upstairs attic conversion (so slanted ceiling) in order to separate a study space from noise from downstairs. Wall should run parallel to bannister in photo below, creating new hallway.

Experienced handyman, with insurance, able to work at heights (small job replacing two deck sheets/roofing); sanding and painting around deck and front handrail, as follows. 1. Purchase and replace a two suntuf solar grey sheets on deck roofing (Sheets available from Bunnings - https://www.bunnings.com.au/suntuf-solar-grey-2-4m-polycarbonate-roofing_p1015729 2. Paint around deck ledges, deck stairs, small walls and poles under house, and hand rail (4 Litre Tin of Paint already purchased - Colour 'Monument') 3. Repair single deck beam if needed (fill and paint), which is a bit water damaged due to leaking suntuf roofing (thus needing to replace suntuf sheets). A few pictures attached. (Areas to be painted etc. marked with blue.)

I’ll supply the paint but need someone with brushes, rollers etc to paint our living room. The room is around 8m x 3.5m but one wall is pretty much all sliding glass doors and the other wall has brick above the fire place which we will leave alone. - Due date: Before Thursday, 1 February 2024

I am in the process of painting a bedroom and I need to have some plaster/putty put onto small parts of the roof and walls - I removed some tape which has lifted the paint and some of the plaster - I think it would be around one hour to complete - Thank you - Due date: Before Tuesday, 11 April 2023
