Find an experienced local painter in Vermont South

Deck was cleaned and stained 2 years ago so is need for a refresh. Main deck is 6.5m x 3m and 7m x 2m Pool Deck is 2m x 3m plus a few steps down from main deck and other minor bits

I need a skilled painter to patch and repaint approximately 15 spots on my ceiling and walls. These spots are where old ducts and lights have been removed. Most areas have already been plastered and sanded, so they are ready for painting. I just need someone to finish the job neatly.

Three to four hairline cracks on the ceiling have been repaired but are visible, three pale watermarks, and a couple of spots to be touched up.

At end of renovation of house, need skirting fixed to walls. Appropriately 58 LM to be fixed. I have the skirting and it is painted already, ready to fix. I will patch nail holes after. Just need someone with the expertise to fix the skirting and make level. There are also some doors (8) to be hung if you are able as well. As i am renovating any time any day is fine, I just need done in next 2 weeks. Added photo of house plans. Rooms requiring skirting are: Dining, Lounge, Bedroom 2, Bedroom 3, Entry & down stair case. Added photos of bedroom and one side of lounge. Also added photo of skirting profile, which is Lambs Tongue 7, LT7 from Australian Moulding.

Wall paint touch up, to cover crayon and pencil marks made by a toddler. Photos attached. Marks are on a few walls, they're small marks here and there, one tiny dent in the well which needs repair. 3 small holes about the size of a 20 cent piece. About 12 cracks, mainly on walls but several on ceiling. A number of cornice cracks and gaps to be repaired. Several exposed ceiling fasteners. Several chips. All need to be repaired, and sanded. No painting required. Photos are close ups. I’d estimate about 4 - 6 hours work for an experienced plasterer, l’m happy to agree an hourly rate for longer or additional works. - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 13 November 2023
