We have four brown vertical posts and two horizontal brown beams on the ceiling that we are looking to get sanded in order to expose the original wood The goal is to remove the brown paint. you will need to provide own sander and ladders. The site has power. Located Warrandyte. Would prefer done ASAP during the day.

Need decking and handrails oiled. I will thoroughly clean deck and provide all tools and oil required for the job. Just need you to actually apply the oil with a combination of broom style applicator and paint brush.

Around our rear deck, there are metal poles that support a cable railing. The holes that the cables pass through in the metal poles is rusted. The rust needs to be lightly sanded, treated with a preventative and painted white. Other smaller areas may also need to be painted.

Need to paint a room that we are converting into a cinema/media room, as follows: *2 and a half walls including skirting *ceiling including all cornices Dark colour in domino by dulux for ceiling and walls (ie. All one colour). Also happy to consider other dark colours or slightly lighter than domino but we are sticking to a grey/charcoal theme.

I'd like a quote to sand back a solid wood entrance door. One side is paint and the interior side is varnish. The door has a slight crack on the front which also needs to be filled and sanded back to prepare for painting. After both sides are sanded back, it needs to be painted in a high gloss black finish.

We are looking for a painter to help paint a few areas outside: 1. Repaint our outside railings at the front and back. Probably about twice as much as in the photos (no need to rub down). 2. Repaint fascia’s (all around the house) 3. Repaint around one tall window, (it’s being replaced shortly). Happy to work on an hourly or daily rate.
