A large bedroom and small ensuite bathroom, with mostly tile to be left alone, painted. One of the walls is mostly window. We have the paints- high quality Dulux paint and prime. We made a start on one wall but are short on time and energy due to disability. Some very light sanding and filling may be needed, we have filler as well. Room is carpeted. We have some paint cloths, you may want to bring some bigger ones. Trim, ceiling and doors need doing, nothing elaborate. We're doing a base coat of paint and prime and then a top coat with a custom colour paint that we'll also provide. Room is air conditioned and can be ventilated. Hi, I'm after a professional, reliable painter to prepare, prime & paint 5 internal doors along with an aluminium sliding door 5 internal doors are well used but overall good condition and will need to be removed to be painted, all hardware to be removed and replaced when finished also please Doors off so can be thoroughly sanded and no risk of sanding hinges along with tops, bottom, behind hinges can all be primed and painted Sliding doors, double glass with one sliding door to be prepared, primed and painted both sides along with the fly screen door thats attached, all hardware to be taken off and replaced also, this is a colour change Flexible with dates and paint is here. We're ok with spraying but nessassary masking and protection will need to be carried out.

Bath tub resurfacing and painting white

Spray wash and brush down of privacy screens. Roller paint and some brush painting work using decking oil on the screens. The oil will need to be applied upto 3 times over a number of days. There are about 29 screens and the length of area would be approximately 30 metres. Would like a good and thorough job.

I have 3 x stone bench tops - thassos white honed marble and calacatta marble honed. They have stains from general wear and tear and cleaning spray. There are a few tiny chips, however my biggest issue are the stains that I need removed. Open to quotes - Due date: Flexible

Initially door was attempted to be patched up and sanded then later to be painted but person who damaged it never completed the job ..pictures show prior how draws had banged door damaging it.Three years ago architraves and doors were enameled painted in white now they look yellow ..your expertise will advise me if it needs to be painted in white again so it will yellow in time or does it need paint matchup ? Weatherboards have been replaced in 2 sections of the home. These are at the front of home and at rear corner. These areas need to be prepared and painted to match rest of the home. The facia boards all around home need preparation and painting, in white. There are a few patches of weatherboards that need some repair and painting.
